Abstract

Now that the practitioner understands the person’s story, it is important to consider the first set of occupational performance issues to determine eventual intervention priorities. Up to this point, three important constructs of person-environment-occupation that contribute to understanding a person’s life story have been discussed. The practitioner has mentally shifted through the incoming evaluation data to compartmentalize the specific information around the constructs of person-environment-occupation. This chapter will explain the next step of the clinical reasoning process to analyze all the evaluation data, prioritizing which occupational performance issues contribute to formulating eventual intervention priorities.
