Abstract

It can be a complicated process for practitioners to strategize how the occupational performance issues will evolve over the duration of the intervention continuum. The previous chapter detailed how the practitioner conceptualizes the intervention plan based on specific factors, while this chapter continues to explain how the intervention plan is broken down into smaller steps or sections to assist the practitioner to develop an individualized approach in each part of the plan.
